Responsibilities:

• Documentation Support: Assist in the preparation of drawing and data documentation for the production department, ensuring smooth project progression.
• Maintenance Documentation: Prepare and organize AHU operation, maintenance documentation, and spares lists.

• Labelling & Ordering: Create component label lists using AHU drawings and data.
• Raise purchase orders for AHU plant items to support production needs.

• Contract Filing & Record Keeping: Maintain an organized filing system for all contract-related documents.
• Testing Documentation: Assist with the production of AHU testing documentation using Microsoft Excel.
• Storage Charge Documentation: Help prepare storage charge documentation, again using Microsoft Excel.
